Who I am

I am a 26 year old Certified Athletic Trainer trying to find a healthier path.  I had a pretty poorly laid path to start with and every journey brings something new.  I’m hoping to accomplish my goals this year and stay on track a little better than last. Here they are:

180lbs

pant size 12

Run a 5K in 35 minutes or less

Encourage others to take small steps toward a healthier lifestyle

Stay strong in your plan! You’ll get there! Be a role model for all your clients and show them how it’s done. Blogging is a great tool because it holds you accountable!

Didn’t realize you were an ATC… I am too! 🙂 It’s amazing that we know what to do, we tell athletes/our patients what to do, but to get yourself to do it is another thing….

it’s so true, but knowing and doing are two separate things! I always enjoy meeting another ATC, good luck with your goals!
