Today I was HUNGRY and didn’t feel like working out.  I did anyway, of course.  Weight training:

3 reps of 12:

Bench Press: the bar (45#)

Pushups:

Lateral Raises: 7.5#

Rear Delt Flies 35#

Chest Flies: 50#

Shoulder Press: 40#
