Catching up

Work has been exhausting this week.  I have been in bed before 10 each night, but I’m getting my workout’s in! 

Tuesday was a run day: I went for 33 minutes, as planned, and according to the trail markers I went 2.5 miles. We also did 15 minutes abs, each exercise for one minute, no rest. Ouch! My legs are sore from yesterday.  My go go gadget legs were malfunctioning for the first mile or so. 

Wednesday: Lifting day, arms only.  Can’t do legs again and expect to get my run in.  Lunges are not friends!

    Lunges are horrible. I concur! Great job at staying focused.
