I’m in a mood today. I would have much prefered a nap instead of a workout today. A month ago the nap would have won out. Today I did a arm workout and jogged two miles.
Arms: Week 2 of the pullup workout
2×10 Shoulder Circuit, Pushups, Wall Angels, Band abduction, Incline pushups
3×15 close grip lat pulldown 40#
3×15 squating wide grip cable row 40#
3×15 bicep curl overhead press 7.5#
3×15 push pull 10#

Run: 2 miles
Average pace 12:13
Total time 24:31
