One Month Down

One month down and it’s time to report my progress.

Weight: 235 (Lost 5lbs)

Measurements 7/7/2012 8/4/2012
Chest 41.5″ 41.5″
Waist 37.25″ 37″
Hip 50″ 49.75″
Thigh 29″ 27.5″
Calf 17″
Arm 16″ 15.5″

So, as you can see, I’m making progress in the right direction 🙂  I’m excited about these results. Even I didn’t know until yesterday.

This month I want to lose another 5lbs

Be able to finish a 5K

My weekly goals: increase distance by another 10% (5.92)

Stay under my calorie goals (1500 calories)

Finish the entire Pull up workout

Eat clean (no processed foods, sugars)

      Thanks! I haven’t lost any significant weight for a YEAR so I’m cautiously optimistic.

    Way to go! it’s the small changes that add up to big changes over time – a year from now at this rate, you’ll be 50 lbs less and running marathons! Great job!
