Woo, yesterday was a whirl wind day. I did my arm workout and it buuuuuurned! It’s good, though. I’m excited to be able to do pull ups, but its going to take me more than 3 weeks. I can only finish 2 sets of 15 right now.

The only issues right now are how tired I am and a little patellar tendonitis. I’m hoping I can baby the knees without cutting back on any activity.
