Hills

My confession: I didn’t stretch last week.  I’m feeling the repercussions of that decision in my hip flexors.  oy.  I’m going to wrap this evening up with a little yoga and try to do better this week.

This is a loop in a park near my house that (little did I know) has three hills that get progressively harder (steeper and longer).  Given that hills are my kryptonite, I will just repurpose this as an incline day, run two miles on each of my treadmill days and call it a win.  Here’s the damage:
