One Week Down

I only finished 3 sets of 10 of my workout today (I was shooting for 5). Leaves room for improvement next week!

3×10: Stair climbs, jumping jacks, squats w/push press (20lbs), plank walk outs, burpees/pushups

 

This week in review:

Miles ran: 4.43

Average pace: 14:08

 

Goals for next week:

3 runs, increase distance by 10% (1.6 miles per run), Average a pace under 14 minutes per mile, finish the 50s workout.  Let’s go!!

Monday: Weight training Arms

Tuesday: Treadmill Run: intervals 3:2

Wednesday: Weight training Legs

Thursday:Treadmill run with inclines

Friday: 50s workout

Saturday: REST Yaaaaaay!
