Friday 7-13-12

A little behind with company in town, but I haven’t cheated!  Yesterday was a day off, i just ended up doing some pushups and tricep dips.  Today will be a full body workout: 50 Burpees/pushups, squats/push press, plank walk outs, stair runs/jumping jacks.
