Just so you know…

11 Jul

…it was so hot today!  I’m happy with my run, given the circumstances. My ankle is pretty sore, hoping it’s temporary.  Here are exercise and food logs, I’m exhausted! I’m not sure if this is the  best way to post my food log, but it’s the easiest.

If you have access to a cold whirlpool, I highly recommend it. Best. Invention. Ever.

I’m an athletic trainer by trade, well aquainted with the cwp, and you’re right, they are magic!

I knew you were an ATC, I just wasn’t sure if you had one available to you. Wasn’t sure what setting you worked in. I recommended them to my athletes before I started my run365 but having experienced their benefit first hand, I’ll be doing it a lot more now. Probably less recommending and more requiring. 😉

I work in a clinic so I dont have onr but I know plrnty of high school ATCs who are always in the office late. Offer to clean it for them and get lifetime access!
